Fully understanding how to deal with upset tenants when something breaks or floods.  Our goal is to make them appreciate our end-results while praising the concern for them from you and the investor.  All work must be pre-approved by you, the Owner before we perform any work.  We will first arrive and assess what the problem is, and send pictures if requested, and await your decision on how to proceed.  We can also send you pictures when the jobs are complete, if requested, before we depart.
