All work must be pre-approved by you, the Property Manager before we perform any work. We will first arrive and assess what the problem is, and send pictures if requested, and await your decision on how to proceed. We can also send you pictures when the jobs are complete if requested before we depart.
We can sometimes do Emergency Calls.
We are your local Up-Front Fee Handyman. No surprises by hiring someone by the hour to drag out a job. If we need more time on the scope of the job after we begin working, we eat that extra cost*. Don’t fall for the “hourly rate” scheme.
