Thank you for taking the time to learn about our Priority Customer List*.    Our Priority Customer List is for our current Customers who elect they want Preferential Treatment in times of great need and disasters.   From an Emergency to putting up Storm Shutters, etc.   When I get a call from my customer on the Priority List I will do what it takes to get to you as soon as possible. 

 

In Extreme situations, there may be many Priority Customers in need at the same time frame, so in these rare cases I will only be able to perform Priority repairs or Securing your home and windows.   This is so I have time to help all of our Priority Customers.  There is a nominal annual maintenance fee join the Customer Priority List.   This fee is only for being on the list and getting in the front of the line of non-customers.   This does not cover the cost of the Service Call and any materials.    Sign up at your first Service Call to get Peace-of-Mind that help is around the corner.

 

Good household Management is very important to keep your home in as good of shape as possible so emergencies do not occur often.  Trimming trees,  keeping your gutters clean, etc.  go a long way to reducing emergencies.  Strong storms or a hurricane is something impossible to resist.  What we can do is prepare our home so it can resist damage as much as possible.


 

* This does not mean you automatically go to the front of the line for any Emergency, it clearly means your situation will be evaluated at the time of your call and other Priority Customers.   You will be helped prior to us assisting our other customers.   Normal Service Call rates still apply.   This is only to get quicker service.
